CTM Design Services Ltd. is looking to add a Project Administrator to our team on a 12 month contract term. Reporting to the Project Manager and Administrative Director, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the project initiation, planning and tracking of one of our programs for a specific client(s).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support client contact, including project communication
  • Support the Project Manager’s efforts to control the performance of the project to ensure delivery within the context of the defined scope, schedule and budget within project management software
  • Assure the Project Manager is apprised fully of status of projects
  • Monthly invoicing for work completed based on progress
  • Help create and maintain necessary excel documents used for coordinating and tracking project efforts
  • Assist with project close-out ensuring the results of the project, as well as the records of its management, are retained and filed in order to support future project efforts
  • Other miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned

Capabilities and Credentials

  • 1 year certificate in Business Administration, and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Intermediate proficiency using Word, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Previous experience using project management software is an asset
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with team members and clients
  • Exhibits attention to detail and the ability to complete work efficiently and accurately
  • Organizational skills and ability to take initiative are essential
